1. About Us
EasyGo Removals is a removals, house clearance, and delivery company based in Angmering, West Sussex, UK. By using our services or website, you agree to the following terms.

2. Quotations and Bookings
2.1 All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you supply. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work differs from what was originally described.
2.2 A booking is only confirmed once you have received written or verbal confirmation from us.
2.3 We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
3.1 We understand that moving plans can change. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
3.2 Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover costs already incurred.
3.3 We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule in exceptional circumstances (e.g. vehicle breakdown, severe weather). We will inform you as soon as possible and offer an alternative date.
4. Liability and Insurance
4.1 EasyGo Removals carries insurance for goods in transit. This covers damage caused by our team during the move.
4.2 We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage to items
- Items packed by the customer
- Damage to fragile items not declared in advance
- Loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. accidents, extreme weather)
- Damage to property caused by moving items through confined spaces where access is restricted
4.3 For high-value or fragile items, please inform us in advance so appropriate care can be taken.
4.4 Any claims for damage must be reported to us in writing within 24 hours of job completion.
5. Customer Responsibilities
5.1 You are responsible for ensuring all items to be moved are disclosed to us at the time of booking.
5.2 You must ensure reasonable access is available at both pick-up and drop-off locations.
5.3 You must not ask us to carry items that are illegal, hazardous, or prohibited (including flammable materials, firearms, or controlled substances).
5.4 For house clearances, you are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to authorise the clearance of the property and its contents.
6. Payment
6.1 Payment is due on completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6.2 We accept cash, bank transfer, and other methods as agreed at time of booking.
6.3 We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
7. House Clearance
7.1 We aim to responsibly dispose of, donate, or recycle items cleared from properties wherever possible.
7.2 We do not accept liability for items disposed of that were not clearly identified as items to keep.
7.3 It is your responsibility to remove any items you wish to retain before our team begins clearance work.
8. Storage (If Applicable)
8.1 If your goods are stored with us or our partners, additional terms, fees, and liability limitations apply. Please request our full storage terms before booking.
8.2 We require reasonable notice to access or retrieve goods from storage.
9. Website Use
8.1 The content on our website is provided for general information only. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of the information.
8.2 Estimates generated by our online estimator tool are indicative only and are not binding quotes.
8.3 We are not responsible for the content of external websites linked from ours.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
